Pan seared sea scallops, baby greens, ribbons of prosciutto, goat cheese, thyme vinaigrette

Grilled New York strip, braised red potatoes, acorn squash, chimichurri
Pan seared duck breast, wild mushroom risotto, acorn squash, orange cherry and rosemary glaze
Pork loin chop, braised red potatoes, acorn squash, bourbon peaches, goat cheese

Reception begins at 5:30 and dinner at 6pm.
